You guys never cease to amaze me. How can you go to a woman to solve your spiritual problem? It's not about religiosity, align with the universal laws, this is the path of mysticism, things work by principles of nature. 1. Everybody has their own time. As you think 'things are working for them', also know there are times they'll feel down.

2. It's the Lord's decision to bless whomever. The race is not for he that runneth...abi how them talk am again. Ours is to pray, God's own is to listen to our prayers and bless when he chooses to.

3. That person may be doing something right, better than you who pray. He may know a secret or a person/persons you who pray don't know.

4. There are people who pray/intercede for you. Yes, you- your wife, husband, brethren, intercessors, parents, friends, well-wishers, monks and nuns (Yes, they pray for the world and its people including people who don't or can't pray for themselves), religious leaders and so on. Or don't you know that God listens to the prayers of other for you?

5. The point is: you aren't that person. What works for them may not work for you. Follow your Christian principles as God has laid down for you and don't compare yourself. Grace is given to everyone, general and specific. Don't compare. You won't face that person's judgement.
