I not from Abia State and I don't live there. I am from Anambra and that is where I live. Soludo is below bar. Judging from testimony of Abia people Otti is doing well and my assertion is based on it. I went to IMO state on Friday and came back to Anambra on Sunday. I met some of my friends from IMO who live in Abia and their testimony about Otti is the same. If people who live there says so then it is so because they are not party people.

I beg to disagree with your assertion. Governor Mbah is trying, but taxing people heavily and delivering infrastructure projects that are poorly executed/supervised is a minus for him.
