Mcleo007:Not really; this could have been during the probation period, as many organisations still allow resumption while further checks are carried out |

Good afternoon, please i need suggestions in regards to visit visa for my father. He is a business man and he has been refused visit visa twice. First refusal was because of inactive business certificate while the second refusal was about the declared annual salary not up to the total credit on the bank statement( the VO ignored the additional income that was declared and there was no way i can appeal the refusal). I want to apply for the third time after morethan a year what can i do differently this time ? |

directonpc:One of the side effects of AI. Online groups was driven by questions and opinionated responses, but as AI knows everything now, who still asks questions in forum or groups. Even this thread dey feel am too. If not for AI, by now this thread would be bubbling with ILR discussions. |

Viruses:Be like say no be only this thread sha, Nairaland as a whole feels very quiet nowadays. I'd see a topic on frontpage for minutes and still drop a reply that will be on the first page. |

mayowa94:If you are sponsoring 100% of the trip then your father's financial status should not be the main consideration. Sort out the inactive business certificate issue and his annual earning issue then reapply. This time around outline the cost of the trip and support it with your payslip, bank statement and mortgage/rent receipts. The cost will not be coming from your daddy, his money and business will only act as his tie to Nigeria |

justwise:Thank you for your response. I have been the sponsor in the last 2 applications and I sorted the business certificate issue before the second application. I was surprised when the VO said his total credit doesn't equal his annual declared income . |

mayowa94:[/b] That is what you need to address in your next application, also use the additional information page to call attention to that mistake.. Its important to add a letter to state clearly that you will be sponsoring the trip and add a breakdown of the cost to you. |
