jumia dropped many works, they are just managing to be in business. I ran into an old friend at Pen cinema Agege who used to work with them, what he told me about jumia wasn't funny, now he doesn't have work anymore.
Still not making any sense.

Yes because removing subsidy without a clear plan to deal with the after effect is the reason we are where we are today.

Can you believe that dangote was finding it hard to buy oil directly from nigeria. Imagine a country with abundant oil, our one and only refinery can not get cheap oil .

A wise president would have considered and fixed these bottle necks before blindly removing the subsidy.

Now up till today, we still don't know what tinubu did with the subsidy money.

I believe obi would have will do better because of his background in finance. I can't say the same for atiku.

If any of the two major candidates is the current president and they remove subsidy and float the naira as they promised in 2023; Are we not going to be in this same present condition?

I used Sepa as an example. I know it's an EU thing but something similar would be a priority for a commercial BNPL model to work effectively in Nigeria considering the typical Nigerian repayment mentality.
Totally agree
