George Illekhenna was a player that was reported in the French media as a major Nigerian coup when we stole him from France. It was actually reported in the French media that a lot of effort was made to stop him from declaring for Nigeria, but it was too late. The reason the French were angry about losing this boy is that he is only 19 years old with a very high ceiling. At the moment he has only had 2 caps for Nigeria, which means he is not cap-tied to us. If these boys make a move to Europe in the spring and start banging in goals like he is currently doing in Saudi, Zidane might give him a call and woo him to abandon Nigeria since he is not yet cap-tied. Is anybody in that criminally infested glasshouse thinking? Why was the boy not invited so we could fucking cap-tie him with these 2 games? People just don't fucking think in that hellhole of a country. Every ounce of their brain cells are wrapped around corrupt practices. I fucking hate these retards with passions. We are still talking of fucking Francis Uzoho in 2026? fucking retards.

What in the hell is Francis Uzoho still doing in the SE? Francis Uzoho is not a better goalkeeper than Maduka Okoye. It is not even close. Where in the hell is Emmanuel Fernandez? So Samson Tijani, a player that constantly failed to make the matchday squad, Salzburg in Austria, who currently is on loan to Relegation-bound Dukla Pargue in the Czech league, and he is not even a starter there is better than Rafael Onyedika or David Moses. Rafael Onyedika is a starter at Frankfurt, and David Moses will be a Monaco or Roma player in the spring due to his outstanding performances.

Why is Moses Simon still on this list? Why is Wilfred Ndidi still on this list? Where in the hell is George Illenikhena? None of the strikers on that list is on his level. When it was taking this long to make the list available, I knew something was in the air. I believe that Eric Chelle has been compromised, and some players on the list were forced on him. These fucking good-for-nothing corrupt NFF are stage 5 cancerous cells on Nigerian football. None of the strikers on that list will make any difference when the chips are down. Afcon 2027 DNQ loading
please get your facts right about Tijani

Chelle is punishing Okoye. I don't think he likes Onyedika and am really surprised George was dropped, the only reasonable excuse should be injury, anything else then it's poor judgment from Chelle.

Who else would he have called dt would guarantee dt win?

Abeg no mention players wey Neva switch o or injured players?

You need 3 games. One official competitive game can tie cap you, but there are still rooms it can be appealed if you are under 21 . To put everything to bed with no further possibility of an appeal, 3 games could have sealed it.

Emmanuel Fernandez picked up an ankle injury in last weekend match against Aberdeen and got substituted, maybe he ain't fully recovered.

I believe it is something beyond the coach or NFF! Maybe because he got injured the last time and scared of all those bad pitches these African teams take us to!

Tijani has what we need in the midfield. When will you guys learnt that clubs you play doesn't really matter if you are good. GB beat us 3nil with players in 2nd divisions. Onyedika is too slow and cannot mark. Tijani can pass, run, dribble, shoot and dictate play. No matter where he plays at club level he fits the bill!
Watch the London cup and see how him, NNadi and Alhassan controlled the midfield!

Akinsanmiro case to me is more Dan football reason , I don’t think he believes in d guys ability and what sealed his fate was him omitting dt unity cup wout genuine reason wc was tijanis gain cos d later and Yussuf played very well at d unity cup

I watched Tijani since he was in under 20, playing for Salzburg before that unfortunate injury! There is not one quality Onyedika has better than him. Onyedika came in for Ndidi and the midfield against Ekuke GB opened like foul yansh!
Jamaica has better ranking than GB/Mozambique. I would take Tijani over Onyedika all day. Onyedika plays like his balls hang between his legs. I watch him at Frankfurt!

Goalkeepers: Arthur Okonkwo (Charlton Athletic, England); Francis Uzoho (Omonia FC, Cyprus); Stanley Nwabali (Chippa United, South Africa)

Defenders: Bruno Onyemaechi (Olympiakos, Greece); Olaoluwa Aina (Nottingham Forest, England); Benjamin Fredricks (Brentford FC, England); Oluwasemilogo Ajayi (Hull City, England); Calvin Bassey (Fulham FC, England); Chibuike Nwaiwu (Trabzonspor FC, Turkey); Bright Osayi-Samuel (Birmingham FC, England); Abdullahi Bewene (Banik Ostrava, Czechia)

Midfielders: Wilfred Ndidi (Besiktas FC, Turkey); Alex Iwobi (Fulham FC, England); Alhassan Yusuf (New England Revolution, USA); Tochukwu Nnadi (Olympic Marseille, France); Samson Tijani (FK Podbrezova, Slovakia); Fisayo Dele-Bashiru (SS Lazio, Italy); Mubarak Suleiman (SK Slavia Prague, Czechia)

Forwards: Moses Simon (Paris FC, France); Taiwo Awoniyi (Coventry City, England); Akor Adams (Venezia FC, Italy); Ademola Lookman (Atletico Madrid, Spain); Tolu Arokodare (Ajax FC, The Netherlands); Moses Usor (LASK FC, Austria)
-----------------------
Samson Tijani (FK Podbrezova, Slovakia) and Mubarak Suleiman (SK Slavia Prague, Czechia) look like federal character selections.
No lele sha, more Northern players need to trend for performance in their leagues so we can call them up honestly.

Notes on absent players
Maduka Okoye - indiscipline. Good enough reason.
Emmanuel Fernandez - Injured I hear
Igor Ogbu - Injured (his team mate Mubarak Suleiman called up)
Frank Onyeka - Injured
Raphael Onyedika - Dropped. Playing/Played for Eintracht Frankfurt this weekend
Samuel Chukwueze - Injured
Victor Osimhen - Injured
George Ilhenkina - injured I hear

If this boy is all that then why was he struggling to make the match day squad of Salzburg? Why is he a bench warmer at a relegation bound club in Czech? As we are speaking Rafael Onyedika is having another masterclass for Frankfurt.

It shows you don't watch football. Which masterclass? Scoring from a cornerkick scrabble? Zero marking, Zero tackles, Zero shot etc. Just collect and pass that is someone you would put beside Iwobi that cannot mark or run himself? Jokers!

He is that bad of a player but he was first name on the list at Club Brugge. He walked straight in to the starting line up of a bundesliga team that finished 7th last season and was in contention for a champions league place. Your midfield mastro can not get in to a relegation bound team in Czech. A relegation bound team in Czech is essential a league 2 side in England. You guys like to fool yourself in that country. You are football illiterate. So you would start Tolu ahead of Ilenikhna/Osimhen cos he is playing at Ajax?
You do not think there is a reason Pasero did not play him at AFCON 2024 despite Ndidi absence, and now Chelle!

Maybe you should ask both of them!
He had players around him who are box to box at both clubs which Nigeria doesn't have right now. Peace!

Federicks, Bewene, Uzor, Bashiru and even Tijani himself show you don't need to watch them to trust the coach. If you want change you can't be repeating the same players that has offered nothing consistently.
A player that dominated Zimbabwe and Jamaica cannot suddenly turn bad! Onyedika has been there for half a decade yet not one single memorable moment. Let us try others!

Yes he could not cut it at Salzburg largely due to the broken leg he suffered during a preseason game. That really affected his development, prior to that he was balling well in Austria league. But this is not the bone of contention. But saying he is a bench warmer at lowly club in Czech. He is not and I insist get your facts right.

Well said, am happy that it's not like George turned his back on us. I am surprised Mubarak got in ahead of David Moses though (they play in the same team with David seemingly having a better season). Also, I think Onyedika should have been called up too, not surprised by Okoye's omission.
