Since Willie Obiano won APGA primaries has anyone heard from him? Has he congratulated those who voted him and announced his plan for Anambra State? Yar'adua/Jonathan clueless leadership on my mind! Why do reluctant and incompetent people always have more opportunities in Nigerian Politics? |
| Re: SEN. NGIGE PANICS OVER WILLIE OBIANO by Nobody: 9:51pm On Aug 29, 2013 |
I like Ngige's point here! While Peter Obi claimed to want to zone power to Anambra North, what Peter Obi actually had in mind and has actually done is to zone Governorship of Anambra to Fidelity Bank for another 8years! |

asha 80: maybe he is not into grandstanding or noise making.Politicians owe the people a duty to explain their plans It is arrogant for politicians to remain silent just because they are about to be imposed by an incumbent Governor that seems to have a lot to hide! |

lol at "zone Governorship of Anambra to Fidelity Bank for another 8years!" Hahahahaha. Peter Obi is evil and must be stopped. I just read Anambra civil servants are the least paid in the country. Anambra Perm Secs are paid 150k/month. More money for Fidelity bank to use for business |

mikeansy: Politicians owe the people a duty to explain their planshave they started going from town to town to villages to campaign?all these your emotional outbursts since soludo was sidelined is getting funnier....have other contestants that won their party primaries said what they are going to do?i am not sure he is going to deviate so much from obi's vision.....also on a more serious note if you want to stop obiano from winning it is not on nairaland but going to the rural populace, churches and farmers and traders to convince them not to vote for him...goodluck on that. |
selfishness is the greatest enemy of igbo nation peter obi killed the dreams of the entire igbo nation just to advance his personal interest right now, igbo nation is in total political tatters thanks to peter obi some would rather blame ngige for things that are beyond him but will turn a blind eye to peter obi's mindless selfishness in things that are perfectly within his powers obi is by far the worst enemy of ndigbo than ngige can ever be say no to obi and stooge! say no to fidelity-anambra state ltd.!
Walahi, you are beginning to sound just like these Apc apologist. What has Obi done to deserve these smear ? This man has performed wonders with Anambra which he took over after Ngige and his godfathers turned the state to a war zone! Ngige isn't a strategist like Obi;all he wanna do is to come in and state beautifying Awka Onicha and Nnewi just to impress the gullible ones. Dude,I know you are an Idenmili guy just like me from Umuoji but let's put sentiment to the side. Pete Obi has performed very well and did so without borrowing a penny. There is development and civilization in all part of Anambra because of Obi. You might not see it but the wise ones who sees deeper than aesthetic beauty sees them. Obi has placed Anambra on a good pedestal and all we need is someone who will continue from there. Someone like Willie Maduabuchi Obiano. We don't need an Ngige who will come in and start borrowing money, building white elephant projects like Okorocha to impress the public, while my state goes bankrupt. Obi has touched every part of Anambra to equal development throughout the state. We want every town in Anambra to grow simultaneously so in the future Anambra will develop into a one city-state. I say no to Ngige but you can keep campagning for his loss is you feel like it. The proble with you lots is that you underestimate Obi because he is quiet but watch and see how we will throw Ngige and his Ofenmanu party into the amala pot! |

mikeansy: Since Willie Obiano won APGA primaries has anyone heard from him? Has he congratulated those who voted him and announced his plan for Anambra State? He has congratulated the people and called his emergence "the people choice". Obaze has congratulated him too and vows to support and campagn for him. Like I keep saying,APGA isn't your typical party that's why Ngige and Rochas can't succeed there. It is a gathering of gentlemen with wisdom. |

Yes I am angry about Soludo who was unfairly shut out for fools like this? How can a Nation make progress when people can come so close to power without telling anyone their views and direction. Jonathan and Yar'adua should have thought us a lesson about seeking candidates who actually campaign. Is it normal that this man has not campaigned and has won a primary? |

mikeansy: I like Ngige's point here! You sound like "ogwu the drunk"; Peter Obi doesn't need Anambra money,he was alreay a billionaire right before he joined politics. But again,I'm not surprised at what is coming from a man who think only Soludo is good to govern Anambra forgeting that high school drop out might even have better ideas. Some people has wisdom while some has education. Big difference! |

The Peter Obi sycophant who the Peter obi so called development is singularly visible to has come to troll the thread. There is no difference between Peter obi and Theodore orji in governance only that Peter obi is a crook and hires jobless sycophants to spread his propaganda while he loots. Lets see how Peter Obi/apga will win. whether its the civil servants he has dealt wickedly on that will vote him. |

mikeansy: so a political party elected a candidate that no one knows anything about and he is in hiding since then and you say such person is a leader?Did I not tell you to put your emotions aside so you can reason better ? You are mad at the disqualification of Soludo ? A man who has a case with the Efcc ? A man who just joined Apga a week before the primaries ? He is entitled to nothing! He is just as qualified as millions of Anambrarians. Don't worry about Willie, you will hear from the man, soonest! |

This smells of sleeze and can not stand up to scrutiny in a society that works. If Peter Obi is that rich and comfortable he will allow Anambra choose his successor rather than Zone Power to Fidelity Bank! |

mikeansy: So why is Peter Obi imposing the exective director in a company he has private interest in on Anambra State and APGA? This smells of sleeze and can not stand up to scrutiny in a society that works. But Willy Obiano has been a long time member of Apga; and Obi isn't imposing anybody on Anambra nor Apga because his body language never showed that. I even thought Obaze will clinch the ticket but that shows you that the most qualified emerged. Obi doesn't suck up to anybody and you can ask Obi of Onicha,Ifeanyi Uba,Soludo,Andy Uba and even his right hand man who lost,Oseloka Obaze. Nobody can completely understand the man,Obi. |

Only the foolish ones think they are more Anambra than anyone. No one has time for such ttivial talks. lets face the issues. Is it too much to ask for what peter obi did in 8 years other than the usual rural invisible thrash talk by these jobless sycophants. Peter obi is a fraud. Kill yourself if you like all you paid agents, I just placed a call home and the tone is Peter Obi and his gang must not win. Its only Nov 16 everybody will see the outcome |
please my brother never mention ngige and orji in one sentence please! ngige's legacy is still there for all to see. nobody in his right senses will ever accuse ngige of non-performance in office. ngige also never deported other igbo from anambra state. lets keep focus please. the only "crime" ngige committed was to keep mute over the deportation issue that can never equate peter obis hijacking of our political vehicle for his selfish aims. if ngige cannot qualify for a cup of palm wine in igboland, then peter obi and his crony cannot even be given mere handshake in the igbo nation, talk less of sharing palm wine! igbo people met and consulted to unite under APGA and a certain candidate; peter obi thrashed all that and imposed his crony. today we have no political base in nigeria. please lets call a spade a spade!
Who and who "consulted to unite under Apga and a certain candidate" ? Nwokem, let me tell you something you don't know,Peter Obi is the face of the Igbo politics of Nigeria, today! |

This Willie Obiano business is bad business. (In)Fidelity business. Doesn't make sense to me at all. Peter Obi is already known to be the 'owner' of Fidelity Bank.. Bringing another Fidelity Bank puppet to replace Obi in Anambra government house simply makes no sense. Anyone else would have been acceptable, NOT ex Fidelity Bank ED Obiano. Absolutely NOT. As it is, it is clear that APGA does not intend to win the election. The battle is now between Andy Uba and Ngige, and from all indications, Andy Uba would triumph,. |

hahahahahaha. These Nairaland kids think politics is a game of emotions! Yall should come down to Anambra and feel the APGA fever! Ten Ngiges i repeat, Ten Ngiges and 100 APCs cannot win Anambra. The kind of hatred most Anambrarians have for APC is really alarming and i cannot see them winning this, no sentiments. You all can stay in Nairaland and rant like mad dogs but when November 16 comes, APC will be beaten black and blue! Quote me!! |
