I am 25 yrs,I have never had sex before(religious reason),kissed a lady only once...
Atyms,when i wake up from sleep,there is this kindof overwhelming urge that makes my dickson gets very hard and rigid...
Most times in Church while praying,i hardly concentrates due to involuntary image of hot,unclad and sexy ladies;when chicks with attractive features sit in front of me i easily gets distracted..

what u need to do is to guide ur hart diligently against all evil thought.... Fornication start from the hart because what u think is what u might end up doing u need to stop watching sex movies or sex story if u have been doing so. Is not sin watching it but it make u feel the urge to wanna practice it. U can also discipline ur thought or body by fasting....i hope this help
