Decided to eat a hearty meal this morning. Sliced brown bread to go with baked beans, sausages and omelette.
The omelette is a mixture of sliced sausages, green and red peppers, spring onions with half a cube of maggi and a pinch of salt held together by two well beaten eggs.

Drawback: Oil used wasn't new hence the brownish nature of the omelette.

Pointers: Though the arrangement appears complex it was all put together in minutes and served with hot chocolate. Tasted delicious!

Cos it was made by a bachelor; quickly and without finesse

l prefer my eggs boiled to fried,so for breakfast l boiled 2 eggs, made rings out of fresh tomatoes, cucumber & onions also adding cabbage, lettuce & diced carrots. it went along with 6 slices of wheatbread & a hot jug of goat milk- healthy eating!

YES! GOAT MILK! l live in Nairobi so l get to buy fresh goat milk for N390 per litre & all the carrot, bread, cucumber & co l mentioned no pass N150!

Na im sure pass! Drink or bath with it, na so your skin go dey shine and soft like new born baby own! It is also more nutritious than milk from cows. Google it.

The more colourful a dish is, the healthier it it.

Your breakfast lacks essential fruit, vegetables and vitamins. Just brown, brown, and more brown stuff. Are you trying to kill yourself with bowel cancer from all those processed foods??

I bet you deep-fried your sausages.

Make sure your brown bread is whole grain (not multi grain)
Remove that baked bean
Get old fashion oat meal and cook yourself (5-10mins to cook but healthy)
Bread, peanut butter and milk are enough for your breakfast.
A bowl of Kellogg cereal is enough also
Add cucumbers to your breakfast and banana as snack.

Your sausage is shinning (don't ever fry sausage in oil) just put is in a pot with water and let it cook and dries up.

^^ Or better still, let him grill to get the fat out of them.

Brown, wholemeal bread is good, but he should also consider having some orange juice, or better still, an orange fruit itself for breakfast. He can never go wrong with lots of fresh fruits in the mornings.

But orange will make him hungry. To me, he looks like someone who is highly starved waking up

Lofty needs to tweak his brekkie a bit so it's a balanced meal with fruit and vegs...and not a high carb meal soaked in loads of fatty oils and cholesterol.

But like u said, I was hungry Usually I break one egg and then add the white only of a second egg.
