I just want to know.
Between kerosene pressure cooker and ordinary kerosene stove which one :
1. Saves kerosene.
2. Which one cooks faster.
3. Black soot free.
Some people said they regret buying while some states that it consume kerosene a lot, others said is the best alternative for gas.

As a student, i prefer kerosene stove becos it is cheaper, can b controlled, easy to maintain, cheap, spare parts are readily available

Having used both before, I can tell you that kerosene pressure stove is faster and produces less smoke, but it is noisier than the ordinary type. Also, the replacement parts for pressure stove are scarce and more expensive. Btw, I stopped using kerosene stove way back when I read about the health hazards associated with inhaling kerosene smoke. l first switched to electric cooker but had to abandon that for gas because of low voltage and incessant power cuts. Gas is faster, neater and cheaper.

The pressurized one is better, I had an opportunity to be in a team that modified and designed one in Nigeria, it's superb. No smoke and faster.

PRESSURE STOVE SHOULD BE BETTER, AND LONGLASTING

I read a report recently which said that the smell from the mixture of gases used in the gas cooker can cause serious health problems in the long run. So I guess the electric cooker is the best option.
