Good morning all. It was a scary night but glory be to God. From some minutes past 1am I was awakened by sharp, stabbing, piercing pains in my upper abdomen, chest and upper back. It was coming and going at different intervals. Infact I can't describe the pains like I felt it. If I lie down wahala. If I sit wahala. Called different doctors. My doctor said observe. The other doctor said its increased progesterone. So I should take pcm and gestid. I feel better. Though would still go to see the doctor. Has anyone experienced this?

Some1 complained about waist/back pain,(can't remember who exactly).... Sorry for the discomfort, the pain is almost inevitable(dats if u're in ur late trimester). However, u can ask your dh to help massage the area; to help reduce the pain a lil. Sorry.

Thank God baby is fine.maybe you ate late or ate heavy. Whenever wherever however whoever whatever time you experience it again,take a glass of full cream milk according to doctor.milk is the brother of heartburn.

Pele. It's because as ur uterus expands, it compresses other organs and pushes ur stomach upwards. Eat smaller meals and don't lie down immediately. Rather prop urself on a pillow if you're sleepy after eating.

U may not be drinking enough water. Try to drink 3 litres daily.

Deby, did emergency CS afta failed induction. Started eating normal food afta 16hrs. Couldn't stand upright t first so I started with siting in an. Inclined position for like 3hrs b4 standing up. Though didn't stand for more than 5mins. Dats 24hrs afta surgery ooo. Its sometin one can manage n d healing is gradual. You wil feel slight pain wen u try 2 laugh out loud, sneeze or cough. I still av a numb tigh but dnt feel much pain on d stitched part. Maybe just 10% pain but I'm still flowin down der even though its almost 4weeks I gave birth. I now drive and climb stairs. Just don't rush ursef. Do. Everytn gradually.

I use tommytippie manual breast pump and I dnt regret it at all. It takes me less dan 15mins 2 pump milk. I prefer it cos m alwaz on d move. So I can easily xpress milk even in d car without stress and its leSs than 10k
