Many people complain about AMD being bad. @Nostalgia21 is the only Nigerian that I have met who wanted AMD over Intel!
Truth is AMD is not bad or else HP, Toshiba, Dell etc would not use it in their computers. Intel came first and so already had the market. By the time AMD cam-they had to come in at a cheaper price-and as result people assume they are bad. We have hundreds of failed intel laptops in our storage just like we have amd laptops.

This article below may provide some insight. Though its an opinion.

AMD is not actually bad per se. But over there in USA and in Europe AMD is taking a huge chunk of the market. AMD processor actually performs very well in such environment (cold weather) at an optimum level, but over here in Naija our hot weather is a no no for AMD. A very good way to enjoy an AMD lapop is to use it in an AC infested environment or buy a laptop Usb fan along with it.
Intel on the other hand, is an old lady, rugged, reliable and very much in sync with the Naija environment.
Lest I forget:
Lagtech, Can u do bulk Laptop Usb fan deals?

Apart from his high graphical capability, i see no use for that AMD process...with that "hell fire" ish heat eeh...abeg a 100 intel before one AMD jare.

Happy me too! I've just gotten my Lenovo laptop and Tablet in Jos. I should post pictures later when I've inspected it. Thanks to the ogas - Jimmy and Lagtech.

Lagtech, I am not happy o! I don't like the insults i am receiving just because of one laptop. After the holiday, i will be refunding this person's money. I cherish my respect and reputation alot when it comes to dealing with people.

I ordered for the lenovo T60 (2precisely) and since they av arrived lagos 4weeks ago like u said,the ba3s r yet to arrive even after 4weeks!
I ad to change my mind on the alternative u gave me cos jimmy wasn't even helping matters with the options presented to me.pls,I have requested for a refund for both payment since the buyers have requested for a refund of their monies.let me save my integrity first before its too late pls and I hope I will receive my full refunds immiediately after the break?

$100 each for untested laptops-with one being a Pentium M and not including other costs like shipping is too high.
