Based on the scandal that the arms purchase has generated, the honourable thing to do is for him to step down as the head of the Nigeria church. Victor said this at the program title inspire organized by Lighthouse Church Abuja. |

Steping down is the most honourable thing to do, but they are shameless. Telling him to step down is like putting a stop to his source of revenue. |

He should step down so that the body of Christ in Nigeria can reclaim its moral high place. CAN is far more than Mr. Ayo's personal smuggling business. I have no interest on how he chooses to run his business, but the Church's reputation in Nigeria should not be destroy because of one man's illegality. And whoever coming after him should face the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the welfare of Christians in Nigeria not be the face of any Political party. CAN should be neutral. |

Is not about him stepping down, it is how Nigerians interpret things. If he steps down some Nigerians will interpret it as if he is guilty. As for me, he should remain in office until it is proven that he has complicity in the arms deal. Otherwise Papa Ayo should remain in office,it is the body of christ in Nigeria that elected him. So let him stay and complete his tenure, and not fall into cheap blackmail. He is doing a great job so far. |
