You are right. Imagine a country like Nigeria with bad unrated roads filled with potholes. God have mercy. It's scary enough riding in a western country talk less of Nigeria . One thing about power bike is that once you climb on top, it gets your adrenaline pumping. I had my fun with it and it's not for me anymore . Goodluck to the riders.

My first bike was a 600cc Kawasaki ZZR (2000 model)..

Horrible bike I tell you. I guess it was because the Punk who sold me that Lemon took advantage of my naivety and ignorance..

Now I am older and wiser and would be buying my bike brand new and straight from North America. I want a 750cc bike (minimum) that is so unique we shouldn't be more than 5 that should have it. Budget is 15'k for the bike.. The rest Na shipping and customs..

Ducati don't have any super Sports bikes in that 750cc class at the moment

Worse comes to worst, you go hang leg for Orthopedic hospital. By the way, that is what I have against riding those crotch-rockets.

God's speed to the power bikers. Been there, done that. Rode a Ducatti for 12 years and gave it up after having too many close calls plus I lost two riding buddies within five days.

If you like riding , don't get discouraged by me. Go for it and God will keep you safe. Am not saying that to scare anyone . It's just my personal experience .

Riding these on long journey on nigerian road is madness.

Not all clubs are registered with the ANMC (Association of Nigerian Motorcycle Clubs) and definitely, new clubs would be on the rise at a rate yet unknown.
In lagos, here are some of the clubs in no preferential order :
-Easy Riders mc
-Stalwart mc
-Wheelers mc
-D'angels mc (all females)
-Ride easy mc
-Good fellas mc
-514 ryders mc
-Eagles mc
-Bikerzdenn mc

There are also other clubs outside lagos but I don't know them all
-Steel knights mc (ibadan)
-09 bikers mc (abuja)
-Capital city mc (abuja)
-Hard ridaz mc (port harcourt)
-Warriors mc (warri, delta)
-Roc wheels mc (delta; not sure they still exist)
-Jewels mc (gombe)
-D'Millenials mc (akwa ibom)
-Golden horse mc (not sure of location)
-Tinapa bikers mc (calabar)
-Peace riders mc (jos)
