The truth is that Lagos has not had much improvement in that past 6-7 yrs. That's the had fact!
Most of what you see now, are what has been in place for so long, the over N45 B monthly revenue of Lagos State is barely accounted for. But many of you see watered flowers and painted roads, and you give thumps up.

That's my friend, is the sad commentary of the situation of Lagos State - so much money, little development!
