On the key of Cmajor, play the following progression. 1st progression: [Cmajor=C-E-G][BbMaj9 =Bb-C-D-F][F major=F-A-C]. 2nd Progression: [Cmaj=C-E-G][Bbmaj9=Bb-C-D-F][Dmin=D F A]. 3rd Progression: [Cmaj=C E G][Bbmaj9=Bb C D F][Aminor=A C E]. What do you notice about the three progressions? and in which one is there a balance from the tension created by the Bbmaj9 chord?

Not all of them balance the tension created by the Bbmaj9 properly. That's why I was asking which of the three progressions Balances the tension.

for one that I'm very very sure of is the first one, which is the f major, the rest? I just thought selecting an option is necessary.

Correct. Fmajor balances the Bbmaj9. With Dmin another chord is needed to completely balance it. Same as Amin.

All I know about them is that, they are chord that can be play in different ways but gives same result when heared by an average listiner.
