Seeing how this group provides total cover for President Goodluck Jonathan, I was forced to direct the above question to Google.

TAN claims to be 'nongovernmental' and in support of good governance but in reality, what we witness is this group's suspicious unwavering support for Goodluck Jonathan without any sense of objectivity. None at all for a group that should at best be neutral so as to avoid being corrupted.

A group that claims to be nongovernmental and established for the purpose of promoting good governance ought not to be so one-sided. A group like TAN should have enough freedom to balance their actions to ensure that they achieve their objective for good governance.

They should criticize obvious acts of corruption and praise and promote political moves that would ensure better lives for all Nigerians.

But of course, it doesn't look like TAN is an independent movement as it claims. It seems more like a shameless campaigning tool in the hands of Jonathan and his cohorts

The fact that leaders before the current corrupt and incompetent no achievers were equally worthless doesn't mean the current ones are not useless, worthless and incompetent. 16 years and tens of billions of dollars is enough to generate remarkable achievements, but not so far..
