Lagtech: I know and understand it's not easy handling a lot of people at the same time for that i think you need to re-arrange your package properly.
I still understand you are trying to take things step by step (starting small to what ever you plan it to be).

But one thing I find distubing this days is your ways of responding to your clients inquiry or other communication that needs your attention/s.

@gowaga68- Thanks for your business. You know this is not the first time you are picking up something on Craigslist. You picked up a dv9000 some time back. And if you remember-it took almost a week to pick that up. Unlike ebay and stores-craigslist transactions are handled differently. I cant update you until either of two things happen:

i) Item is picked up
ii) Item is no longer available for pick up.

Regular updates are not possible. Many items are picked up the same day-but some can take days-infact some have taken over a month for many reasons including:

i) Seller is not available
ii) Seller doesn't respond on time
iii) Seller refuses to release their phone number-so its just email connection.
iv) Many sellers have full time jobs -so are only available at specific times.
v) I am unable to go at some agreed time -and have to change.

Except you change your mind like you did for the free books-I will always pursue a deal. I have picked up over 5000 items from Craiglist in the last 5 years-and if I start telling you stories of my experience : the good and the odd-it will take days to relate.

Also if you make an enquiry about a pick up-I cant send a reply to you until the seller replies me-I know you might like me to send a mail saying that I got your email about the craigslist enquiry -but to be effective and efficient and serve you better-that kind of mail is not really important if you are not a new customer. All emails are received and acted upon.

Your 2 laptops + bag have been picked up. Pictures will be posted tomorrow with other craigslist pick ups.

Look at the seller. If he has good reviews 100% if less than 100 feedback or 98.5% if more than 500 feedback or is a powerseller-you can trust their products and descriptions. And anyways-ebay protects buyers.

Most emails are replied the same day-but due to time difference-many emails are replied-many hours after. Also many people who call me -dont get their calls answered as they are either calling at a time when its night in the USA or when I am busy on the road.
