The Governor of Oyo state,
Senator Abiola Ajimobi as well as
other public servants were in the ancient city of
Oyo yesterday to
felicitate with Alaafin, Oba Lamidi
Adeyemi on his birthday. But the
governor got more than what he
bargained from the people of
Oyo who booed him as his convoy returned to
Ibadan.
The rain of abuses started at
Akesan where traders lined up at
the road to shout, like “ole (thief)”,
“aba ona je (destroyer of road)”, e
ba wa pari ona wa o (help complete our
road)”. The traders were
apparently referring to the Iseyin-
Owode-Akesan road project
whose
completion the Governor has promised on a
number of
occasions without fulfilment. Work
has currently stopped on the
project even
though Ajimobi had promised
earlier that he would complete it September month-
ending.
Some of the traders at Akesan
complained the road project had
brought decline to their sales, while
some decried the health hazard
posed by the dus

He is lucky that he was only booed in Oyo. if dey born him well he should go to ogbomoso and see if he wont be stoned........very useless governor

ajimobi tried in every sector in Oyo state talk about youth employment he tried his best.no governor av provide jobs except ajimobi.he will win a landslide victory in Oyo state.

. It should have been better for you to ask why he was booed. The so called masses are the architecture of most of their misfortunes.

After all, even Amaechi said they steal money because the masses refuse to stone them (public officials) .

Why are some hypocrites coming here and acting like the citizens have no right to be angry with their governor ?

Young man listen and read properly that is the mood of the people in that community get it. This is not hausa people or igbo people that celebrate stupid people. Yoruba people are not too sentimental, remember Ekiti imidiate former governor tell your boss to learn from it.

infact u dont need education to know. seeing his believing. just ask anyone who has been to ogbomoso how any of der major roads look like. he embarked on a project and ended up turning d roads to swimming pool. moreover, to do urself any favor, just go to ogbomoso nd campaign for Ajimobi amidst d okada riders nd even traders. u will be very lucky not to meet urself in emergency. i wont bother to reply u if u still quote me but to prove me wrong just go to d place nd talk about him at any chosen location of ur choice. Oyo nd Ogbomoso are now against him nd everyone knows Ladoja is people's choice in ibadan. lets see where dey will vote for him
