Good day to you. Well I think the L.G.A of origin certificate is same as that of state of origin certificate because in the state of origin certificate, your L.G.A where you come from, is inclusive. And as for the Jamb admission letter, yes, you're to ensure you carry it along when going for the physical clearance.
Note: They are two printed copies of the Jamb admission letter. One being for the institution (duplicate copy) and the other for the candidate (original copy). You are to go with the former and keep the latter.
