I want to take this time to apologize officially to those who felt offended by the nature of the updates.

I stated it in the beginning that the story was written strictly for entertainment and to achieve that, I utilized the 'episode-by-episode' technique.

The idea was to make updates brief, scene-like and much more relatable. My busy schedule notwithstanding, I'm a writer: I could easily churn out a thousand word count update in an hour but it won't be as straightforward as I'd like the story to be.

If it becomes too heavy, more time will be needed to cut the edges, check round for plot adherence and eliminate redundancy.

If you'd noticed, the story was more 'shown' than told which was why it was able to gather this large audience. You feel like you are watching a movie.

You all want more because it was entertaining. If it hadn't been, nobody would care if I updated today or years after.

So the hunger screams and wailing was just as pleasing to me too.

We have just four more episodes to go.

After that, I'll decide (based on your contributions) if I'd continue with a sequel or start a new story.
