I have been wondering, sometimes I take a shower before taking a meal and I usually feel very comfortable at times I take a meal before taking a shower and I equally feel very comfortable. Problem is I can't be precise which actually is better. I actually bath after a meal to avoid sweating and to have a cool nap on the other hand I bath before a meal because I really wanna enjoy the meal. I have this feeling that one is actually better or more required so what is your say on this? |
