If you copy a websites design it will give the new website a very high competition it wouldnt be able to cope with cos pple will compare the new website to the already established one.

That's why I probably change http://mode9ja.cf from Facebook look alike to a custom look. It involves harder work though. I could build a Facebook clone but I'm not ready to run a Facebook look alike site.
