Akwa Ibom State Governor, Godwin Akpabio, will be opening an Olympic-sized stadium in the state today.

The Akwa Ibom International Stadium which has been nicknamed the “Nest of Champions”,is located in Uyo, and is described as a 30,000 capacity ultra-modern complex modelled after the Allianz Arena in Germany.

Some of its features include:

All-natural grass
High-tech floodlights
Security cameras
36 emergency exits, bullet proof VVIP and VIP areas

The stadium will be opened with a friendly match between Super Eagles of Nigeria and Black Stars of Ghana today at 3pm, with notable dignitaries from all over in attendance.

Please have you checked the rating and ranking of the two contractors handling both stadium Julius Berger and Deux project Contractors. I will suggest you dont conclude rather, pay visit to both edifice and draw your conclusion.
