as far your primary shipping address is chinox office. that's where he will send it. forget about your PayPal billing address. but if you wish login to your PayPal account and modify your billing address to chinosxl office.

except may be you performing your transaction outside eBay that is when he will forward it to paypal billing address of yours. but as far your primary shipping address remain u.s. then that's your location for all items shipped

@chinosxl the second item is delivered remaining the third which has no tracking number and the seller have not reply my emails..... Let me know if you are with the 3rd ( suppose to be two laptops with one phone ) this is the tracking numbeeer of the second one 9405***********39070. . Thanks

when you change your ebay's primary address, it automatically becomes paypal's confirmed add. So no worries go ahead and buy from the seller.

I changed nothing in mine just the ebay's add to chinosxl' s and it shows as confirmed address in paypal.

It has been mentioned time n time again, that shipping is not 1+1=2, it requires a lot of patience, I just laugh when I see pple here agitating for an item that was shipped in less than 7days, so pple like us that ve waited and still waiting for items for more than3months+ with other shippers nko?
Chinoxsl is the fastest shipper on nairaland, if U can't ve patience with him, then importation business is not for YOU.


If they dont have patients, let them try other shippers and give testimony grin grin grin grin grin

In business sincerity and being real is key, Mr Chino has being, sincere and real, likewise consistent, if there are changes and delays he let's us know, thumbs up, nice show of business, received my Nov 3rd shipment yesterday, likewise invoice for 10th shipment, for those still doubting and still saying is this real, it's indeed real, keep up the good work Mr chinos, God strengthen u. And some who are discouraged due to what I will call mistake of theirs, i.e buying from the wrong person, or buying the wrong items, if u are in doubt of any item u wanna buy on ebay or amazon, post them here, let we all evaluate it for you, so u will not make mistakes. Don't allow anyone mislead u here. As far u had link ur card successfully, that is ur payal fund. Nigeria paypal don't accept fund into ur paypal account, paypal debit ur naira Nigeria account direct. No seller know where ur fund is coming from, only paypal knew.
Link ur naira account to ur paypal thru ur card, that is all

It means the seller will not ship to any other address asides the one u used to register with paypal, meaning no shipping to third party addresses...
Paypal confirmed address, is the address on the checkout page before clicking on confirm order to complete payment. The address paypal received payment with, is the paypal confirmed address.
