The last time I checked, each time we are asked our nationality at the airport, we all claim being Nigerian, regardless of whether we are from the northern or southern part of the country. How come the so much anger and hate, that we fail to be objective even in critical issues that bedeville our Motherland.
Remember we don't have another home other than Nigeria; so I want us to take out time and live out a little moment of fantansy.
What would you love Nigeria to be like in a few years? Well for me, I want everyone to be given 1millionaire naira every month. Ha just joking. I really wish to see a Nigeria devoid of ethnicity and corruption.
Remember it's just wishful thinking, so tell me what would you wish Nigeria be like?

eliminating corruption without doing anything to improve the standard of living of the people, is like stripping a tree of without uprooting it. It will certainly grow back.

Also, tackling corruption without dealing with ethnicity, religion and other forms of bigotry, is only doing the job half way. This is because these things will one way or the other birth corruption eg, when I favour you because you are my tribe or religion,without considering your qualification; is that not corruption

With or without tribalism, democracy -- a people-first style of governance, would rise to its intended purpose. Corruption only limits and most cases kills that potential.
An uncorrupted tribalist would employ, pay attention to this; a man from his village who is suited best to perform the job at hand. As for religion I wish that can be eliminated totally because I see it as even worse than tribalism and corruption. Developed nations have done away with religious sentiments and are better of for it.

Bros about tribalism being in us, I beg 2 disagree with you.it is always our choice 2 make. America like Nigeria is a country made up of persons of various races but at a point, they chose to look at their similarities and not their differences. Over time we have inter-married and shared certain things. As such we've got many similarities, buh we chose 2 prey on our differences and open up old wounds.
