As usual you can't hide your dislike for CAN President.
No Spiritual leader or group of persons speaks the truth about insurgency and the state of the Nigerian nation more than the CAN President, not caring whose ox is gored.
The independent day speech and many other speeches he addressed Government and Nigerians at all levels is available for unbiased minds to decipher the truth.

I believe the Catholic bishops will not live Aso Rock empty handed. Also I just hope GEJ didn't cajole them to support him come 2015.

The Catholic Church is not as biased as you think. They tell you the blunt truth and they don't involve in partisan politics.

Spoken like a true catholic! They can start telling the truth by compensating all those people they burnt alive and accused of heresy just because they have different beliefs.

The blood on the hands of the Catholic church still reeks....

I don't believe that the shepherds of the mother Church are perfect. Apostle Peter cut off the ears of the soldiers who came to arrest Jesus and even denied Him when He was going through trying times. After the death of Christ His followers engaged in selfish struggle for positions. All these make them human; including the inquisition and others. But the modern organisations that the owners set up as alternatives to the church of Christ haven't offered anything radically better. They tend to sink deeper into the accusations levelled against the early church.

He said, “We feel that things are not right. Our land is being taken away; the people we look after are displaced, their homes, their villages, towns are captured and they are internally displaced being refugees in their own land.

“We thought this is not right. We have families that are just stranded. We thought that the President should know.

“As a Catholic, we have laid a good structure for relief and taking care of such situation, we want the government to collaborate with us.

See what you regard as the blunt truth? Is it relief materials from Government that would bring a permanent solution to the evil been perpetrated in the North East ?
God bless Oritsejafor if asking the northern elders to come out and help the army defeat BH is been partisan so be it. Posterity will judge everybody.
