Just as President Obama is the U.S.A president,can a white man ever rule nigeria as president again? Reasons too.

Nope.

Blacks make up 12% of the us population and are an integral part of American history. They were brought there as slaves and on their backs and with their blood America was built. They went through oppression,dehumanization and slavery (all of which they still experience today apart from slavery) and yet a black man was able to rise to the most powerful position in the land.

A white man ruling nigeria or any other african country can never be compared. After all white men conquered africa and still control many parts of Africa today economically.
(Francophone Africa is a good example)
