Dear Sir/Madam, I must confess that, its with great disappointment am writing this mail to you to explain what has been happening and most recently what has happened in your nipost branch of murtala mohammed international airport. Generally when a good service is rendered I preach about it before anyone else. but in this case am highly disappointed and guess what? I will preach about it on nairaland, facebook, twitter, bbm, whatsapp and other social platforms to expose the bad nipost service experienced. Sir/Ma most recently close to two months now if not over, I and my mum as usual went to post seven parcels containing sewing materials, six (6) 29kg and one (1) 23kg of parcels. To our surprise six (6) parcels got to the intended destination which is my big sister in UK (that's even after some irregular days/time frame). Sir/Ma, to cut the long story short Mr Gabriel (quality control manager) was informed and yet hasn't yielded any result still. we sensed some foul play on the part of your staffs at nahco branch in murtala mohammed international airport, because my sister kept keeping in touch with UK customs service and the agency which do deliver parcel to customers at their doorsteps, said no parcel of such in UK, that it hasn't been lifted and still in nigeria. Its a shame that something of this nature is happening to us and perhaps to thousands out there. Sir Its a shame I must confess. Sir/ma please do something to review those staffs who are bringing bad image to nipost and causing nipost customers like us confusion, stress and worries. We will not forget about this issue as most customers would have been frustrated to forget about it. we are prepared to do anything to help you and nipost to bring those suspected staffs who might have involved in this bad act to book and let justice be served. Who knows if the items has been shared among themselves, believing we will be frustrated to forget about it. I rest my case but not the struggle. NB:- tracking number CP912691767NG Thanks Rexnegro |
