What about granting licences to those who may want to build small modular refineries So as to support our already available refineries.

2018 is too far and we can't continue wasting our scarce foreign exchange on importation of refined petrol products. I know that there are small modular refineries that can be assembled under 6 months or even less.

that's a very wrong statement... Go check the history of papua new quinea...they speak about 820 different languages dere...does dat give d platform...to dis-integrate...?

@least some is working even though he is not a politician and the politician that remove fuel subsidy for refinery project have done nothing.

Those who sell second hand cloths are still the ones who developed Lagos. Go and check the number of igbos who own houses in Lagos and you will know.
We all know how dangote made his money but we are happy because he is investing in the Nigeria economy.He only needs to work on his greed. When I say greed I mean why cement price automatically came down to 1000 when some years back he sold cement over 2k to Nigerians.
