gboss4sure:wouldn't say you should go and read the constitution because I believe we both know what it says. While he was decamping, he stated his reason clearly - that there was a faction in the PDP in Sokoto state. Now, whether there was a faction or not is for the courts to decide; not me, not you, not APC, not PDP, not the police and not GEJ. And by my understanding of the constitution, if there was no faction, he should vacate his seat in the house and not just his position as speaker. But going by precedent, that's a very rare occurrence... 2 Likes |
