So, I'd wager that the only reason why they can't file for criminal charges against him is because they can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that he ra.ped them.

Also, that was the same reason why Constand's case was thrown out of the court in 2005 for lack of proof(s). And they had to settle out of court, just to stop her from smear campaign.

2). Well, if you can go back to the timeline in which most of these cases happened. Bill Cosby was super-fit, and a lot of chics, of all races, including their mums, wanted a piece of him. So, basically, out of the gazillion/bevy of women he could pick from back then - you mean he preferred ra.ping just white women? Let me educate you: you determine a reliable source based on the vetting. So, since theGrio is owned on MSNBC, whatever is posted there goes through normal vetting - based on MSNBC standards. It isn't a blog or wikipedia, where folks just post whatever they like on there.

Also, I remember Cambridge Uni educated (with also an honorary MSc. degree from the university), Lola Adesioye, from South London, used to be their editor at one point, while I was still at Uni and a regular there. And Lola was also with The GuardianUK, Economist, TIME Magazine, BBC, and CNN back them. So, they don't just dump any type of blockhead on theGrio. They employ intelligent professionals.

Well I think you are an intelligent woman with a lot of experience both with family and the corporate world, and many of your contributions on this section have been invaluable.
