They will never negotiate on the terms of ijaws. A court of law admitted a document and you said it was rejected. I can assure you Itshekri will not take your pleading after the dissolution of Nigeria because you will never defeat them legally and since international order places emphasis on legality ijaws will have to plead. Remember there will be no veto among the security council on your behalf when the sanctions keep pouring in.

Nigeria and Cameroon went to court over bakassi and Nigeria lost. Nigeria thereby handed Bakassi over to Cameroon in respect of the court judgement. The alternative would have been an expensive war. Itsekiris and Urhobos went to court over Sapele and the Itsekiris lost and the Itsekiris now accept sapele as an Urhobo town. But the Ijaws tell us they would never respect any court judgement that does not favour them.

War and crisis do not profit anybody. Both sides lost a great deal during the last crisis and would lose more if a new crisis comes up. Ijaws can go back and challenge the court judgement if they have new evidence to claim land ownership, but to resort to threats is unacceptable. To claim land ownership you have to have some kind of evidence to back your claims, you do not threaten and hope to cower people to give you land.

The Ijaws and Urhobos had always resisted the legitimacy of Numa, an itsekiriman to act as an authority by signing land deals with the British on behalf of the entire Warri. The British instead of bringing all parties together as at that time decided to call the bluff of others for their own interest. Clearly, the British don't care about Itsekiri, Ijaw or Urhobo but themselves.
The Court "judgement" was delivered on the basis of the purported illegal document signed by Numa, hence, the rejection by Ijaw and Urhobo ethnic groups(According to them).
The Olu of "Warri" an Itsekiri Chief was known as Olu of Itsekiri until the year 1995 when his title was changed to "Olu of warri" amid rejection by the Ijaws and Urhobos, and was one of the factors among others that precipitated the Warri Crisis(According to the document from the Urhobos)- right or wrong?
Like I said, the three parties must come to the table and discuss. I now see why government could not "implement" the Courts' judgement and this predated President Goodluck Jonathan.

This is the first time in almost a year that both of us will be in agreement(I guess you are Urhobo). The Ijaws have a legitimate cause, though Tompolo need to calm down in taking laws in2 his hands

Read the last paragraph of what you posted again and you will know that the Ijaws and other ethnic groups have no claim whatsoever to Warri.
For clarity, the Itshekris accepted their legal loss over Sapele to Uhrobo yet same Uhrobo refused to accept their own loss in Warri.
Double standard of the highest order.
Ijaw leaders have no conscience and they will still lose out. That i can swear my life on.

the urhobos also defeated the itsekiris on the ownership of warri town during the okumagba case of 1976

sir am not lying o. Someone once said okere is a corruption of the urhobo word "ekere". If u don't like the word okere-urhobo let me address it as okumagba family. Okumagba families are the owners of iyara. Urhobos don't oppress their neighbours. They even love their neighbours more than themselves. Warri town is contigious with the rest of urhobo land with warri river as a boundary.
