Like stadium, roads, good telecommunication network, airport, etc. For me, I think it is Abuja, Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Porthacourt, etc |

In terms of road, Abuja & Benin has d best road in Nigeria because road in those two town are calibrated in 120km/h why in Lagos and some other state. The road are calibrated in 80km/h. Find out yourself b/4 posting |
