In Okonjo Iweala's litany of recommendations to change course to save national economy she should have added reducing the cost of running the government. Reducing and eliminating some of the money they pay themselves will increase non recurrent development outlay to invest in some of the non oil alternatives she outlined.

Not just second Niger bridge but rail lines that we might never complete and East-West road.
