Hello gurus. I'm using a glo sim on my Z10. Some of my friends have been complaining that my number says switch off most of the times they call me and I don't get their text msgs either. I even sent a text msg from my mtn phone to d glo which is in d z10 but till today it did not deliver. I called their customer care and they cld not rectify it. I actually noticed all this since I update my software so I don't know if it's what is causing it.

It's possible you have a defective unit and you should return it if you're still under warranty. Data problem in glo is not so bad that it will make your device unusable
