I think so. Read one has 1.5 years post study job search opportunity. Wouldn't know if that is peculiar to Indians though.

Meanwhile, i believe anyone who can secure employment, without the legs of a man, in Nigeria, other things being equal, would compete favorably elsewhere.

Having said the above, please ensure you put structures on ground here at home before travelling; if you can. Don't become a stranger in your home country at your return.
