Sometimes, we see our politicians wearing unhappy, gloomy and mean faces. Some go as far as shedding tears in public to express their deep and uncontrollable emotions as humans. However, For some, it's only a mere facial expression or outlook while in some cases, the emotions, mood, disposition, feelings, perception and countenance of such politicians determine their looks at a particular point in time.
