Why will anybody in is right mind come up with the story of a man who resurrected from death, knowing that it will be difficult for both the Jewish and the Greek to believe?

OK after they have come up with the whole story and realize that it's causing a lot of problem why didn't they abandon it and try to save their lives or maybe try to change a little here and there?

Paul mentioned something like he was ready to go to hell if that would make the Jews believe. He knew the main reason why the Jews didn't believe is because he insisted that Christians do not need to be circumcised nor follow any of the Mosaic law.
Well if Paul badly wants the Jews to believe he should have allowed at least some of the Mosaic into Christianity.

I think the problem with christians and athiests on this forum is their shallow knowledge and how they so like to showcase this shallowness like a badge of honour.
Most of them don't even know how christians suffered to spread the gospel. If it was mere fable, man-made as atheists would have us believe, the movement would have died out by now. If it was mass hysteria it would have run its course. Many people have a watered down version of what Christ and the early apostles went through and our modern day pastors don't help when they preach success, wealth and a perfect life instead of sacrifice, holiness and a focus on the after-life and not the distractions of this world.
