What have they done in their states to win these seats. I sense the power of incumbent and exchange of ghana must go at work.

In Enugu state,Sullivan Chime(a serving governor) stepped down for Ike Ekweremadu.
In Delta State,Uduaghan(a serving governor) also stepped down.
In Ebonyi state,Martin Elechi(a serving governor) lost at the primaries.

.Did you read the news at all before commenting?Those people u mentioned were not included in the news because they stepped down.Only the PDP Governors that contested were mentioned ok?So it is not in any way misleading

No! You are the one who did not caption your OP correctly. 'Serving PDP Governors' is different from 'Some Serving PDP Governors'. You should be schooled before schooling others.
