Everything evaluates to '-2'. Step 1 evaluates to '-1', step 2 to '0', step 3 to '4' and step 4 to '-2'.

step 1: treat the inside bracket [2-3]=-1 ,
step 2: then treat this expression which has become (1-[-1]-2)=0.
step 3: treat the expression which has become [1-(0)+3]=4
step 4: treat the last expression which has been reduce to 2-[4]=-2
