This is interesting, Koro would have been tougher for APC to handle because of his temperament, but Jimi agbaje is too gentle to fight APC especially with the political machinery on ground coupled with the collective distasteful positioning of GEJ to Lagosian.

Jimi agbaje would have won if it was during OBJs tenure because of the doggedness of the PDP machinery then, it's in nutshell a good candidate at the wrong time. SAI Ambode I guess

This is how politics should be played ......for the first time I am with PDP on their Gubernatorial choice in Lagos. I can bet anything APC don enter one chance in Lagos. The debates between the two contenders is all Agbaje needs to pull the strings. His DPN days still comes to mind, Agbaje is a wordsmith and sure knows how to cajole, a true Great Ife breed wink

Your source please. Obanikoro, if true, has more problems than he can handle. He underrated d combined forces of B. George and Ogunlewe in Lagos pdp. The duo have just shown him they are de facto pdp leaders in Lagos.

Congratulations to jimi Agbaje, having said that, I am more concerned about events of the next few days. Would Obanikoro support Agbaje? What are the structures put in place for Agbaje to thrive at the polls. It does not stop at getting a credible candidate alone, there must also be structures put in place.

I have always believed it is iminent for PDP to win Lagos through wide consultations because elections are not won by sweeping the streets of Lagos, neither are they won by thronging brooms all over the place but elections are won by due consultations with the people- where political power resides.
