I know it does not go well with you but the reality is south Africa is and has been assisting your country ....i know you will also denie that Nigerians will be purchasing vehicles in Nigeria through south African financial institutions....

You are assisting nobody.

Nissan South-Africa only provides components for Nissan Nigeria. Nissan Nigeria is just part of Stallion group, which is a larger conglomerate of 8 different brands.

Nigerian Financial institutions are providing all the finances. You must be a terrible dreamer.

Older than SAS Drankenberg.

What's modern about a 20th century vessel? That's keeps breaking down during operations.

It's Age isn't important, rather it is what it can do that is. With the Hamilton class vessels, we got African's only Long Endurance assets at sea.

7 Frigates, deal with it

The 1997 Project Biro. Goodluck with that, you're going to need it.

Nope, you have no operational missile armed warships

And thanks for confirming your navys status as a gun-boat navy

Like i've outlined, we have operational warships, and can use them when the need arises.

Thanks for confirming the Nigerian Navy is a smart Navy, which buys assets based on it's need.

We didn't buy Gripens only to pack up more than half the fleet.

Neither did we buy Frigates with defective combat suites only to realise we don't actually need them.

The NN buys smartly.

When Nigeria setup her Automotive industry, South-Africa was still firmly and arpthaeid Nation.

Nigeria had no relations with Arpthaeid South-Africa, so how did President GEJ thank SA?

"I didn't know FCMB, Access, GTB were South-African banks".

surely you pretend like if you don't understand what my point is ....unless you are one of the Nigerians who close their eyes whenever they see these two words South Africa....tell me when did Nigeria first make cars for commercial purposes?

T72 is a terrible tank proven by every war it has fought in

China is a major exporter because theu sell cheap

Are you seriously trying to equate sales with quality?

Not according to the reports Frontline troops told the PT reporter when they where interviewed.

Quoting the soldiers " Insurgents drove a bomb laden car to our T-72, nothing happened to us, the beast only had a few scratches, but it kept on moving and operations continued as normal".

China is the 4th largest because they sell quality equipment.

Are you seriously trying to equate cut throat price with quality?

From an SAAF point of view, the Gripen C/D is enough prove why cost doesn't equal quality.

Nope, when I see south-africa, I dump it were it belongs..................... in the E-waste basket.

I've told you, Nigeria started producing Cars in the 80's.

Peugeot Automobile Nigeria
Volkswagen
Steyr
Leyland
Ammanco, et al have always produced cars in Nigeria. South-Africa has no part in Nigeria's Automotive industry.

SAN = geared for war, able to defend against all threats

Gripen order was large so that we dont need to make a panic order should we find ourselves in a war, and wait for months for their delivery, while our men die and cities are ravaged

The "defective" combat suite found in the Valour class is also found in:
- French Navy's La Fayette-class frigates
- Saudi Arabian F3000-class air-defence frigates
- French nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle.

Are they "defective" as well?

T-72 performance in every war it has ever fought in shows us it is trash. No one takes poor quality Nigerian propaganda seriously.

T-72 is absolute trash and ranks amongst the worst tanks ever made, and is most certainly the worst MBT in existance. Simple as that.

Yes, poor nations cannot afford to buy from the rest so they buy from China, because their products are cheap knock-offs of Soviet era equipment.

Gripen is one of the best single-engine multi-role fighters in the world.

During operation Iraqi Freedom Iraq lost well over 3000 tanks.

Allied forces did not lose a single tank to hostile fire.

T-72M (which Iraq had) is absolutely terrible, because its armor is paper thin, AND THEY STORE THE AMMO IN THE TURRET which means that any minor penetration causes the entire tank to explode.

exactly!,ghana was the first country to approve of the EPA{europian partnership agreement},while nigeria opposed it.ghana was trying to influence other west african countries to adopt the EPA without proper ratification of some of the terms and conditions applied, not until nigeria refused to sign the EPA and demanded proper ratification of agreements before other countries{west african and east african} started seeing the sense in nigeria's stance.EU is now begging nigeria to sign the EPA.ghana behaves like an european puppet, running its economy like a private enterprise.really, mahama needs to be removed from power, nigeria recently cut gas supply to ghana and restricted ghana's trade import, predictably, ghana's already ailing economy crumbled, now ghana needs another IMF bailout, second in just 10 years!.
. Lol u Got the whole picture totally wrong. When last did u check about the epa agreement to know that no one has signed it yet. ? Do you also know nigeria is in the process off Signing too? Its like you are not clear Of the happenings in west africa. I have said it times without number that a lot of nigerians have misconceptions. Only if you will take time to Study. Nigeria cutting gas supplies is not as a result of the epa agreement whatsoever or any beef between both countries but the fact that nigeria is having problems in the down stream and not enough supply for the country. And also a part of the pipe that developed fault in togo..despite that. . Nigeria has not cut supplies. Its just below. Par. It not just nigerias gas but a west african agreement of which as soon as ghana gas is complete ghana can send through the same pipe in a reverse flow. To all west african countries. So what nigeria is doing is not a favor but a partnership. Sadly nigeria hasn't kept up. You willl have problems and misconceptions when you think of business in such negative manner. And which time was the trade import blocked. You seriously need to get you facts right. So as not to be taking away by. Street side politics and hear say. The main reason nigeria is blocking imports from ghana is cos of seceral factors. Fear of Competition and nigeria wanting to strengthen internal trade and export power. Nothing more.

do you even know what the NN SBS is?.its the best trained and most sophisticated naval task force in africa.
They wouldn't even pass SF selection in Zimbabwe.

What's sophisticated about them? NOTHING!!!!

The most sophisticated specialised naval unit in sub-saharan Africa, is the one with a submarine action group. Jumping out of planes with boats into sea and stuff.

The unit which has seen combat than thee entire Nigerian army.

The lies from that blog are in your head, and you never bothered to check out facts. As you were pushed by patriotism to make such silly claims.

How many pirate attacks have been recorded in waters around you?

Your navy would perish, if they faced SAN. what would a Hamilton class vessel do? SAN OPV(s) can sink them easily.
