Hmmmmmmm! All shall be well. My heart seriously goes out to everyone who has committed huge sum of money and is yet to receive results. It's really a worrisome experience. For those of you contemplating a legal/spiritual action against Lagtech I wish to humbly advice you wait until the month runs out at least. In the last update he gave, 27th was the last date. If you have waited all these while maybe waiting a few days more won't hurt much please guys.

@ Lagtech you have spent much energy and time building your business please don't let the wind blow it away...... If the items of these people are on ground look for another means to get it down to them even if it means losing your own profit. For example, you could consider shipping all small items (like phones and mini laptops) through express services like DHL or FedEx (yes you may end up throwing in your own money but it's a thing worth doing just to save your name and business). All other heavy items could be broken down into parts and also shipped.
As for the goods in the hands of shippers but yet to leave the US. You could source for other serious companies - not minding their rates.
As for those goods that had left the US. But yet to arrive, you should be able to get a fixed date from them and if they fail then TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST THEM (I know that USA is not as lawless as Nigeria - so use this...... After all they should have no justifiable reasons for killing your business. Nairaland has got about 2 million members so slaughtering your business is too dangerous for you sir.

Business can get tough at times but only tough guys pull through.

Am not making mouth but I know more than 5 lawyers in some part of where Lagtech thinks he is. But it hasn't reach to that. I pray for quick resolutions to all this mess.
He knows how electronic biz works no one will spend much of his/her hard earn money to buy out dated laptop, which everyone here knows so why take all our precious time? Abeg find solutions cos me no dey form mouth as the some dey do .

It hasn't come to this. Nostalgia doesn't work for Lagtech the much I am sure of and he has his right to opinion about whatever is going on here.

Felibrain nice suggestions but most of what you listed still involves a good deal of money and from the image I have in mind I'm feeling Lagtech is in some sort of bind and he's trying to patch things up - Damage control.
its rather unfortunate its at the expense of loyal customers. I see guys talking about hundreds of thousands and its really painful. Hope this gets settled before things get messier.

Also hope my stuff still makes it in this year. I no fit shout
