For my own sha, it will be a 5-10 page essay angry

It would be in the format of an informal cv.
Name, age etc
Educational background would be the guys I've dated and what I've learned from them to make me an excellent candidate for a girlfriend.
Skills would mostly be what I bring to the table in terms of support, emotional/financial, domestic and of course shagging ability.
