Buhari as petroleum Minister under Obasanjo, built 3 Refineries. Vis; Port Harcourt, Warri and Kaduna Refineries. We were refining our crude oil locally. We exported fuel to other countries. He built 20oil deports across Nigeria. Laid over 3000 kilometers of pipeline across Nigeria. For the last 15yrs of PDP rule, no New Refineries have been built. We export our crude oil to be refined and import it back. He did all these when he was in his 30s. Today he is 72, the age of wisdom in Jewish culture. Wine gets better with time and age.
