But I think... most of those INEC, Govt officers or whatever they are called takes up the opportunity they are working under the protection of the government to getting rude at people!

Well well well so dis news finally got here, I was actually dere wen it happened and I must say dat I hope d so called mechanic says all he knows, well ill kip shut for now.

All i want is atleast 20hrs of electricity everyday, gej has failed us, those of u using prepaid, 750naira monthly charge on it , weda u have light or not, 750 x 1million nigerians= ?
750 is just the monthly charge and not the main payment
if u recharge about 2k - 5k every month x 1m nigerians=?
Some gets billed upto 6k - 10k every month, after all this monthly billions nigerians pay into nepa, there's stil no light

i bet he wouldn't slap his fellow man in public like that. He probably feel all the girls in the world owe him some form of deference. Imagine jumping the queue and refusing to take correction . Because he's thinking like you too. "All those small NYSC girls".

Next time the mechanic will slap the person very hard 50 times (at the rate of 1000 naira per slap). This is waste of money, just a single slap?

Ma'm, if you were really there, i think it would be nice of you to share with us an unbiased report of what you saw to enable us have a better understanding of what transpired, story sounds pretty one-sided to me.

Hmmmm ok here's wat happened.
In our area which is were it happened, we don't have much govt schools, which is were d reg takes place, so it pose as a big problem, cos as of now I haven't even registered.
Deres always crowd, pushing etc, so I and my sis have gone like 3 times we weren't able, on dis particular day, we went dere, much crowd as usual, normally wen I see dem, d hot sun I just go home, dat monday hearing it was d last day or so, I decided to stay, we were on queues, dey dished out numbers, the mechanic(tout) came in with his friends, wateva happened occured, den dere was arguement, dey stopped d exercise, I was on my line wen I decided to go to d front and hear d story. Here is wat happened.
The touts came in, lined up, wen dey saw high level of corruption happens in nigeria a lot, we were under d sun, some pips acc to d guy, wearing suit comes in and shakes hands wit d inec pips(bribe) den dey reg dem and dey go. While odas r in d sun. He got upset and u know how razz dey can be. Talked to her, she replied also prolly in an insult, den he threatened and almost slapped her. I was told he didn't, he tried to. So shout ensued.
They stopped d exercise and pips started talking, a guy among dem said we shuld beg her b4 dey continue,he got insults from us, we asked him y he didn't slap d guy and y we had to suffer for his sins. He cudnt answer. Den dey started making calls.
Facts abt d exercise- its wack, pips leave home 6am spend d whole day dere come home without reg.
Pips coe and bribe and get reg.
Dey stall and waste time wen its 4pm, dey start collecting money to reg.
Dey r slow and rude.
Also heard police en came d day b4 and sent all out of d queue reg and left all to cont pushing and dragging. Thank u.
