The implication is that the absentees never believe there are achievements to celebrate as the book was written by a psychopath. All of them are elsewhere nursing their blood pressure as stark reality of the end of their government has downed on them. 6 Likes |

But ur buhari APC is not the solution to nigeria....sometimes I just think that can't nigerians give their vote to other party apart from pdp and Apc.. this same party has been the one ruling.. no change at all..honestly nigerians we need to give other party a place in our vote we shudnt be carry away by their big names and popularity...thank you!!! 1 Like |

On Jonathan and Buhari 2015 • Jonathan Will Win And Nothing Will Happen Badero Olusola Lately, the Internet has been buzzing with loads of predictions, postulations, and endless rigmaroles. Some reasonable and most tissues. Like I will always confidently say, 'Jonathan and PDP will win 2015 election convincingly without rigging or any form of manipulation, as the APC would want to make us believe. Jonathan don't need to rig before defeating anyone in Nigeria. The structures are there for him to utilize to his advantage. I will explain my observations as I proceed. Why Jonathan and PDP will always win PDP is a conglomeration of amalgamated interests. It is a house built by the 'Owners of Nigeria'. They conceived it, nurtured it, watered it, grow it and now living in it. All the notable power brokers in Nigeria are the founding fathers of PDP. PDP is a party built on interest and no personality. It doesn't have any religious or tribal coloration. It is the combination of all interests that has been winning election for PDP in Nigeria and not the personalities. That is why the Presidency of Nigeria is still in the grip of the likes of Obasanjo, Danjuma, Gusau, IBB, Abdusalam etal. They meet, they talk, they share, they fight, they embrace one another in the estate called "Nigeria". Jonathan is just the face of PDP. The representative of these interests. These men choose governors, senators, house of reps members, LG Chairmen, the state lawmakers, ministers, commissioners, even the councilors. They protect their interests underground without any of you knowing. But they've give us a face - the President, to talk to every time we are angry. At the end, their opinions will supersede ours, even when they do comprise, their ways is Nigeria's ways. They are the people called the 'Council of State.' They are the power behind the President and the seat of Presidency. It goes to who will serve their interest, only. They are in control of the police, army, INEC, and whatever agencies of the FG. Their men are those in command of these agencies. That is why they said, "the seat of a President in Nigeria is the most powerful seat in Africa". Whoever finds himself on that seat, no mater how you hated him, he will automatically be the controller of these powers. These PDP Power Brokers made Obasanjo President without the votes of Yorubas. Obasanjo know this. He is a member of the group. He is just being cantankerous in his recent vituperations. He knows no one can defeat Jonathan in Nigeria. That is the way Nigerian Presidency is built. It is an institution these owners of Nigeria won't let outsiders occupy. What do I mean by "outsiders"? If you are not in their clique, you will never rule Nigeria. Obasanjo broke the rule when he brought Yar'adua and Jonathan. They could forgive him for Yar'adua but not for Jonathan. But instead of them joining Obasanjo to fight Jonathan, they are rather supporting the President to deal with Obasanjo and his interests. They don't trust Obasanjo. That's why Obasanjo is doing everything possible to turn America against Jonathan and then get him change his mind from contesting again. He knows that the way Nigerian Presidency is built, nobody can defeat an incumbent President in Nigeria. Secondly, PDP seems to be more grassrooted than the APC. APC controls 16 states, compared to 19 of PDP. APGA will always mobilize for Jonathan in Anambra. All PDP National Assembly members will work for their own return and invariably work for Jonathan. You may want to mention Lagos, Rivers, Sokoto and Kano are under APC. But have you forgot that southwest is no longer under the tight grip of APC? Have you forgot they've lost Ekiti and Osun is shaking? Ogun is not sure and Oyo is scattered? Ondo is PDP and lagos PDP have presented Agbaje. Jimi Agbaje is a candidate to beat. Rivers state is originally a PDP state. Don't expect everyone to go with Amaechi. Don't expect a bulk vote for APC in lagos, Kano and Rivers. In fact, don't expect any bulk votes for APC in the states their governors were formerly of PDP. It will never be a bulk vote for any APC candidates either in those states. Mind you, the owners of Nigeria are lurking by the corner and will also swing things in favor of their favorite interests protector. Have you asked yourself "why the Presidential Election will come first in the general election?" It is a strategy put in place by power brokers to forestall any sabotage or any sellout to the second term ambition of Jonathan. If you betray him in your state and he lose, you will have something to deal with in the remaining 3 months of your tenure. Since all of them are thieves, they'll protect their loots. Same goes to some APC state governors too. Some of them will cut deals with the Presidency at the eleventh hour, to safe their heads too. Seeing loads of articles online and thousands of comments abusing the President and his party, PDP, I am reminded of the 'SCOTLAND Referendum" of September 18, this year. It was obvious the young generation of Scottish people wanted to get off the ramshackle of poverty, induced from Westminster in London. Online activism sprung up like bees. Jingles and street campaigns. It was marvelous. Independence was near. But, the morning of September 19 brought many disappointments and heartbreaks. When the reality started settling in. The Nationalist were loosing. By the end of 19th of September 2014, the results were ready. The Scottish voters rejected independence. They voted to remain part of the United Kingdom. "How could this happen"? People were shocked. "But we won on the social media. YouTube, Twitter and all the online media outlets on earth felt the shout of 'we want freedom' of the Scottish people". But the owners of the country. The aged. The pensioners. The real British people who have come of age. Whose understandings of the British workings transcend the normal ignorance of today's youth. Those who knows better - voted for the UNION. They were 55% and those youths who wanted independence were 45%. Case closed. Same is happening in Nigeria today. Winning election is beyond Facebook or Twitter. Those ardent critics of PDP on Facebook are not even voters. Some won't even vote on that day. Some are fake FACEBOOK accounts without a life. All these are what is giving the opposition hope. I call is "false hope". Everyone is already thinking "only God can stop Buhari". Which Buhari? The same "Clueless" Jonathan will not only stop him, he will disgrace him. Jonathan or PDP don't need to rig any election before they can win. The structure is there. All he need is to consolidate on the 19 states under PDP. And win 25% of votes cast in 5 more states and he will be home and dry. Buhari needs to look inward into crises ridden fabrics of APC and its managers across the states under its control. The pictures they are presenting to the General, about southwest votes are not reliable. If you heard about Jonathan's victory next year, before you go out and soak urself in Blood, take a second look at this post again. Like the Scottish people who voted "YES" but still lost, some of you will not understand why Nigerians would vote for Jonathan, until after the election. During the Scottish referendum campaign, the youths were seen on video taunting the Labour Party Ministers on the street of Glasgow. The voters were watching and shaking their heads that "are these the young ones we will leave the runnings of this country to?" Nigerians will ask same question from the APC as the campaign starts, and in their usual manners, they will not stop castigating the office of the President and at the same time threatening to kill whoever vote for Jonathan. By February 14 next year, the people will choose between a Good, focus government and a terrorist political party full of bloodsuckers! "Politics is not magic. It requires strategies" To be continued... 3 Likes 1 Share |
