jazzydee:Why will BAT want to be the vice president of Nigeria?, this is why I believed that professor Oshibajo or Amechi might just have it. BAT is the APC, he is the platform, whoever thinks BAT will sacrifice APC for a VP ticket is on a long thing. |

jazzydee:Outside the south west, fashola will dust tinubu anyday in the other 32 states outside Lagos, ogun, Oyo and Osun. Note that Ondo and ekiti have already rejected tinubu. |

Ilekokonit:What the APC needs in A VP for 2015 is someone capable of turning out massive votes in the south to add to the about 12 million the general will get from the north. take a honest survey of all the candidates and tell me which one of them has the ability to bring in massive votes from the south. Only the Asiwaju has the capability to galvanise massive votes from the SW.others are just lightweight and paper politicians. |

frankyychiji:Most of the money ALL megarich Nigerian politicians flaunt around is stolen blood money and not hard earned money. It seems tinubu is bent on tainting the generals candidacy which is actually the generals fault for forming APC with tinubu. If i were buhari and tinubu insists on being my VP, I would resign from APC and contest as an independent candidate if that was still possible and if not possible then i would retire from politics and retire to Daura / Kastina and take a well earned rest from this irredeemable country called nigeria. Buhari has to guard whats left of his hard earned reputation jealously. a good name is better than silver or gold. |

Tinubu the right man for the job? Says who? If there must be a muslim muslim ticket then it should go to Fashola Tinubu has been around for a while hence people think he is so popular. Fashola will not only lockdown SW votes. He will also get a good amount of votes in the SE and SS. Fashola's wonderful performance in Lagos is still fresh in the minds of Nigerians. You advocating for Tinubu should ask yourselves what he did in Lagos. Yes he brought in Fashola, yes he is APC but do the electorates really understand this? APC will be making a mistake if they field Tinubu as vice. Not just tenable. |

Ilekokonit:Pa Buhari, is not a saint. he did a lot of bad things in his younger days, He is a coup plotter and overthrew a democratically elected government. Thats the highest crime anyone can commit against democracy and Nation. |

7lives:Yes he wants the VP ticket In a rejoinder sent to Saharareporters earlier today, Mr. Tinubu declared his interest becoming the Vice Presidential candidate to Buhari, affirming that as a great mobilizer, he was most suited to be Buhari’s running mate. http://saharareporters.com/2014/12/16/all-progressives-congress-vp-nomination-process-tinubu-snubs-buhari Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s camp today admitted that he is actively seeking to become the running mate to General Muhammadu Buhari on the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket, accusing the rival People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and even elements of the APC of a “smear campaign.” http://saharareporters.com/2014/12/16/ahmed-tinubu-victim-not-villain-spokesman-says |

They say buahri is fearless, have an independent mind, incorruptible, general in making, the messiah Yet with all these attributes he can't dare Tinubu nd choose his benefactor who use all his state fund to bribe his way through APC and finance buahri. Allowing buahri to keep his own loot What a perfect definition of CHANGE APC is dishing out |

The greatest mistake APC would make is to field Tinubu as the VP. The would not only lose at the national level but would also lose Lagos. Osibanjo or Oshiomole is still the best shot. |

I wont mind having Tinubu on that ticket. But my fear is the religious card pdp might play in all of this; this option might cost the party its chance. If we are going to risk having muslim-muslim ticket, why not field Fashola? |

hizroyalflynes:buhari is now a progressive and a democrat, so dont expect him to act in a rush. Buhari shldnt be expected to go head-to-head with tinubu cos he(TINUBU) is the brain behind d merger. |

OrlandoOwoh:Let's take your mendacious assertion for the sake of argument. How do you categorise a receiver of stolen goods? Do you eulogise him or condemn the action for what it is: an unconscionably reprehensible conduct? Buhari truncated a democratically elected government ostensibly on the grounds of fighting corruption but succeeded in indirectly foisting Babangida and Abacha nightmare on Nigeria. It remains to be seen how Nigerians would want to gamble with a figure emerging from a sordid past of our national history... |

jazzydee:You are wrong sir, Tinubu has our 70% or more support in Ondo and Ekiti. Besides it is payback time 4 Mimiko for betraying us ,and for GEJ for installing an uncultured thug in Ekiti. pls don't believe me yet as I want you to do your research among every 10 ten persons sample populations in the 2 states. Either you believe it or not,Mimiko and GEJ will kiss dust in 2015. |
