I've never met anyone here. Never chatted to anyone on that level, and with the madness on here, meeting somewhere from here would be scary. Anyway, I don't know anyone who visits the forum, at the moment, apart from a friend and a next cousin who I invited...and they don't post anymore. So I think the probability of knowing anyone's handle on here is zero.

Where about do you live - Midlands, or up North? Don't laugh next time, just join the convo next time.

It is lovely here. More affordable housing with big gardens as compared to London.

Nice. How about the boredom? I can't live anywhere that isn't a proper city like London. Lived in Brum for years for Uni, and I almost ended up depressed. And that's the 2nd best city in the UK. Up North would drive me insane.

You need to come down South - Essex is nice.

I love quiet places but yes some people find it boring here. I love London but its too much of a city for me. Schools here are also best for kids. I don't want my son growing up and joining the London gang. The houses here are massive with lovely gardens and if lucky you could get a house with seaside view.

For me, I can't raise my kids in those places - I just don't like the accent and the mentality of the people outside London. They talk funny, and act somewhat too country for me.
