PDP supporters should go to sure p office beside 7 up in lagos and interview graduates. The annoying part of it is dat some under employed graduate left what dey were formally doing because of d tendency of getting federal govt job(sure p). But unfortunately, they'v not been paid for d past 3years d program started after they'v been exploited. Pdp have been using dem to campaign. Wen i was dere, the press visit us almost everyday to capture d youth Dat jonathan administratiob has given employment

This sure-P is absolutely nonsense.. Can you all imagine I was send a message that I have been attached with an employer from sure-p and was requested to forward my credentials to them and absolutely I did just that... After that, a message was sent to me telling me to wait till they process my document..till now I am still waiting for them. I have send my document since last 4 month but since then I never got any reply from them....the questions is since 4 month that I have send this document, What are they still procesing about it? because I provide all the necessary details I was asked to produce.
The truth is that the people who the government entrusted that sure-p program are also using it to extort money from other graduates and to enrich themselves... Honestly we do blame govtment at times what about the people also who practise this corruption also..? Well am sure nigeria will be good for me and you until we all take that challenge of taking responsibilites and not blaming the govtment for everything..

Its true, am a beneficiary of the scheme posted and working in Abuja. the recruitment is still ongoing for new applicants. Anyone interested in the scheme should log on to www.yesurep.gov.ng. Happy Xmas to you all!

Sure-p Graduate internship scheme is for real. They have been intership fair in most of the states where they match interns with employers for a monthly stipend of 30k. The problem with the scheme is that they don't pay the stipend as at when due and up till now some interns in the scheme are being owed up to 3 months. And the manner in which they pay, is like some states are excluded from payment. So if any official of sure-p gis is here, he should kindly enlighten us on the irregularities in payment. My state(Edo) is yet to be paid since September while some states have even been paid November.

no need to fight on top dis matter. surep program is nt limited to GIS alone but pple don dey mix GIS with surep community service(like OYES) and surep FERMA. honestly d program make sense but i wanna suggest govt shud replace nysc wit dis surep GIS style because wit it most graduates wud hav been equipped wit relevant skills to start their career well. am currently doing it but i wish i had done it b4 now. d prob wit d govt has always been dt how long can dey sustain d program?
although surep stipend may be small to pay a man's monthly bills but we shudnt 4get dt some states (not pdp dis time) also run similar prog and pay 10k monthly and graduates are taking this offer.

See as Nigerian graduate (future of tomorow) dey celebrate poverty 'at least u can leave the house everyday' does that connote something to you? U really need need to ponder on that statement. But in the true sense of it, it shows that u re still living under frustration.. (At least u can leave the house..)

It was 'oh yes! In Osun State, Graduates were engaged on state government pay role with monthly pay of 10k, and the job is withdrawn after 2 meritorious years of earning such poor income. and some people still give a lovely applaud to that..

I asked a sincere question, does anyone pray, especially some parents who spent Millions per session training their children through international Universities abroad, to have a child you so exhausted ur wealth to give life to, fall such category of the percieved good government's job offer?

Take a good look around, their children hardly stay in Nigeria. If they ever have to work in Naija, it is so influenced that to some extent, their spoilt kids live abroad and only show up at work when they visit Naija and maybe like twice in 5 months. Who dare talk? U make fem and u find urself on transfer to a place where u make no reasonable money and u may have to resign out of frustration.

I just strongly believe we deserve better than these in Naija
